Eteach is looking for an ambitious and commercially driven Advertising Sales Executive to help education-focused organisations connect with schools and educators across the UK and beyond. This is a great opportunity for a confident sales professional who enjoys building relationships, spotting opportunities, and turning conversations into long-term partnerships.

You will play a key role in growing our advertising and sponsorship revenue by working with businesses that support the education sector. Your work will directly help organisations reach the people who make a real difference in schools every day.

What you will be doing

  • Prospect, qualify and generate leads through cold calling, networking, and referrals to build a robust pipeline of advertising clients.
  • Building and managing a strong pipeline through outbound calls, networking, referrals, and inbound enquiries
  • Understanding each client’s goals and recommending tailored advertising and sponsorship solutions
  • Presenting proposals, negotiating commercial terms, and closing new business deals
  • Developing long-term relationships with clients, agencies, and partners to drive repeat business
  • Working closely with marketing and creative colleagues to deliver effective and engaging campaigns
  • Keeping up to date with education sector trends and competitor activity to spot new opportunities
  • Accurately recording activity in the CRM system and reporting on pipeline, forecasts, and performance

What we are looking for

  • Proven experience in B2B sales, ideally in advertising, media, or the education sector
  • A strong track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets
  • Confidence in prospecting, pitching, and closing new business
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, able to influence decision makers at different levels
  • A consultative and solutions-focused approach to sales
  • Comfortable using CRM systems and standard business tools such as Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
  • Self-motivated, well organised, and able to manage your own time and priorities
  • Understanding of digital advertising and online marketing is an advantage
