Marketing Manager | 12-Month FTC | Maternity Cover
Eteach Group is looking for an experienced, commercially-driven Marketing Manager to join us on a 12-month fixed-term maternity cover contract — a fantastic opportunity to make a real impact across our full suite of EdTech, SaaS and candidate attraction products and services.
Working across both B2B and B2C channels, you'll be a confident, hands-on marketer with a proven track record of delivering campaigns that drive results. You'll be joining a business where your work genuinely matters — helping schools and educators find the right people and helping candidates find the right roles.

What we're looking for:
• Proficiency in HubSpot is essential
• Experience spanning B2B and B2C marketing
• Experience managing a team
• Experience working with external agencies would be a real advantage.
You'll be collaborative by nature, commercially minded, and ready to hit the ground running from day one.

The role is based in our Bracknell office with the possibility of hybrid work (up to 2 days)
