This is an exciting senior leadership position that plays a key strategic role in shaping daily operations and leading Learning Beyond the Classroom across the Junior School.
The Assistant Head of Junior School (Operations & Enrichment) ensures the smooth, efficient and effective running of our busy Junior School while championing a high-quality, balanced and inclusive enrichment programme. With oversight of day-to-day organisation, outdoor education, educational visits, CCAs, performances, fixtures and major events, this role is central to delivering an exceptional student experience.

The Junior School
Our Junior School caters for 880 enthusiastic learners aged between 7 and 11. Everything we do is underpinned by a culture of safety and wellbeing for all members of the community.
